New Response Format

Focus Point's new response format includes sixty descriptive phrases. Respondents rate the phrases using a five-point scale, ranging from "very accurate" to "very inaccurate," in this situation. This format provides more in-depth, personalized feedback to help individuals:

Understand and manage thoughts and emotions driving their behavior.
Gain perspective on how others may be viewing the same situation
Increase their ability to respond in conscious, productive ways
