Lunch & Learn

In this time together, we will address stress (a theme in everyone's life!).  You'll take an online assessment (which you will print and bring with you).  You will gain important insights in to how stress in one area of your life  impacts other areas; how coping resources in one area can be used to decrease stress in another; and how stress, coping resources and overall life satisfaction are closely related. 

The four areas that are covered are: Personal; Couple; Family and Work.  You will:

     * Examine your current stress, coping resources, and satisfaction in all four life areas

     * Increase awareness of effective stress management techniques

     * Create a plan for achieving your goals

     * Invest in yourself and incorporate positive change in your life.

The afternoon will begin with a simple lunch, followed by a workshop to review your assessment and discover the most effective ways to handle stress in your life.   We'll take about 3 refreshing hours and I guarantee your life will look and feel very different when we're done.  And you'll have fun mingling with others as you do it!
