What I love - and my clients appreciate - about the Talent Insights is that it combines the Behaviors (DISC) with the Motivators into a single report. TTI believes, and I have come to agree, that in order to get a full picture we need both. The Behavior tells us WHAT we do; the Motivators tell us WHY we do it. And, a bonus - the combined report is less expensive than the individual ones!
Sometimes, a client wants the focus to be on sales. The TTI Success Insights DISC Sales report can be the answer. In one way, a sales force is like any other group of employees; in others, it is very different. The Sales report takes crucial differences into account and provides information on an individual's style of selling by evaluating their behavior style. Clients who have used this report have been very happy with the distinction it gives.
This mini-version of the DISC has emerged as a favorite. I call it "mini" because it has less information than the full 24 page report but it gives the important highlights needed when interviewing. This set of reports was created for benchmarking using Behaviors and Motivators. This Team Behavior Report is the best! I always want any team I work with to understand each other as well as themselves.
